Jojoy is proving to be a popular alternative to the official Android appstore but, while it is reliable, some users are complaining of a few errors.

Most of these errors are common and easy to fix just by following the solutions below.

Common Jojoy Errors and Solutions:

These are the common errors being reported.

• I Cannot Log In to Jojoy or I Am having Trouble with my Jojoy Account

Again, this could be down to multiple issues so try these steps.

• Method 1:

It may be that the Jojoy server is experiencing problems, which will cause issues when you try to log in. Wait a while and try again.

• Method 2:

Check that your internet connection is working properly. If you are using mobile data, try it on other apps and see if it still works. Or try swapping for Wi-Fi to see if you still have a problem.

• Method 3:

Make sure you are using the correct login credentials and that you are typing them correctly. Try changing your password and see if that works.

• Method 4:

Are you trying to log in via social media or another third-party network, such as Twitter, Facebook, or Google? If so, it could be their server that is down – try visiting their official website to make sure everything is working okay.

• Method 5:

Lastly, it could be that your account has been temporarily deactivated or suspended due to inappropriate activities. Make sure you read all error messages as there could be one telling you your account is locked.

• I Have Problems Loading Audio and/or Video

This is most likely an issue with your device rather than the app:

• Method 1:

Make sure your device volume is up. If it is, try plugging headphones in; if they work, the issue is with your device’s speakers. If not, it is likely the app and you will need to contact the developers.

• Method 2:

If you have trouble loading or playing video, check that your internet is properly connected and running at a high enough speed.

• I Don’t Get Jojoy Notifications

This could be down to your app or device settings:

• Method 1:

Open your Settings app and go to Apps > Jojoy > Notifications. Make sure you have enabled notifications – if not, you won’t get any.

• Method 2:

You may be getting the notifications but cannot hear them. All you can do is go into your Settings app and make sure the app notification sounds haven’t been muted or turned off.
